Option 1: Inside the Mobile App
- Open the KnowMe app and ensure you are signed in.
- Navigate to the Profile tab → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
✓ Deletion processes immediately across all databases.
Option 2: Without the App
If you have uninstalled the app, send an email to corvas.official@gmail.com from your registered Google email address with your username. Requests are processed within 30 days.
What Is Deleted Immediately
- Your username, display name, avatar, and cover image.
- All links on your bio profile.
- All inbox messages and questions.
- All published answers and public Q&A pages.
- Your authentication record and notification tokens.
